Producer Portfolio

I worked as a news producer for ABC12-WJRT in Flint, Michigan from December 2020 through October 2024. I produced several newscasts during my time at ABC12, including weekday mornings, 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. I am adept in writing scripts, elementing news stories, and proficient in video editing.

The Creation of Interactive AP Style Writing Resources

For my Honors College thesis, I created a comprehensive set of AP Style resources, which will be used with Oakland University journalism classes.

ARCHIVAL WORK

A History of the MiWCA Ideas Exchange

I wrote the first archival history of the 25 years of the Michigan Writing Centers Association Ideas Exchange to preserve conference records.
